Randall is the Chief Executive Officer of the Alexan Risk and Project Management Advisory Services practice.  He has more than 30 years of experience in providing information technology related services including: information technology audit, enterprise-wide ERP (SAP and PeopleSoft) implementations, software development, project management, information technology strategy and governance, business process improvement, cyber security, risk assessment and controls, and financial management services in the private and public sectors. Randall has extensive experience leading and coordinating Project and Information Technology consulting engagements for public sector clients and has also worked in a variety of industries outside of the public sector including semiconductor manufacturing and healthcare.  Prior to joining Alexan RPM, Randall was a Director with the Sacramento KPMG Management Consulting Practice, and led the Information Technology Audit functions for Intel and Sutter Health’s Corporate Internal Audit Departments where his focus on large scale projects, technology solutions, and risk management helped improve the effectiveness of the organization’s operations.
